Miss Jamie Parada
Educator. Mother. Advocate. A teacher who has spent her life learning how to see the child no one else sees — and calling out their God-given purpose.

“I personally promise to provide each student with personalized, high-quality academic support, ensuring their unique needs are met with the same commitment to excellence that I would expect for my own children.”
— Miss Jamie Parada
From the classroom to a calling.
Miss Jamie has spent more than two decades inside classrooms, therapy rooms, and living rooms — walking alongside children who had been labeled "difficult," "behind," or "too much." What she found again and again was that the label was never the truth about the child.
Specializing in autism education and neurodiverse learners, she built her practice on a simple conviction: every child bears the image of God, and every child is fearfully and wonderfully made. Her role is to see clearly, plan wisely, and love relentlessly until that truth becomes visible to the child themselves.
She founded Green Pastures Academic Services to give Yuma families something rare — deeply personal, faith-informed, whole-child academic support that meets each student exactly where they are.
A whole-child, whole-family approach.
Christ-centered, never preachy
Faith shapes how we listen, how we plan, and how we hope — with room for every family's story.
Neurodiverse-affirming
Deep expertise in autism, ADHD, dyslexia, and learning differences. Different is not less.
Excellence as an act of love
Every plan is the kind we would want for our own children — no shortcuts, no template answers.
Your child was made for green pastures.
Let's discern the root, build a plan, and walk with you until the breakthrough comes.
